If you're having trouble redeeming your promotional code or voucher we recommend trying the below steps:
Check that the promo code is entered in the box exactly as it was given to you
Check that the promotion date hasn’t expired
Check that only 1 promotion or voucher is applied to the order
Check if the items in your basket meet the promotional T&Cs
Check if there is a subscription in your basket.
We only accept one promotional code or voucher per order therefore if you are wanting to use both we recommend placing two separate orders.
