We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed on our website. Once your order has been processed through our systems we are unable to make any changes to it. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend, remove items, or exchange orders.

Can I amend my shipping details after I've placed my order?
If you need to amend your shipping details, we kindly recommend updating these in the account area before placing an order. Our team receives orders very quickly so it may be difficult for our team to request a change with our warehouse. Please review your order before checkout so all details are correct.
Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your parcel to a different address, however, you can try to contact the courier with your tracking details and they should be able to help you.
