IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are currently undergoing our annual stock take, which means we are temporarily pausing all order dispatches. Our stock take will take place from Monday, January 6th, at 2 p.m. until Monday, January 13th, at midday. Orders placed during this time will not be dispatched until our stock count is complete.
All orders will be processed as usual, however, dispatch will be delayed during this time. We estimate a delivery timeframe of 7-10 working days on Standard Delivery method. Unfortunately Next Day Delivery and Weekend Delivery will be unavailable during this time.
Order Cut Off: Monday 6th January at 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched once our stock take is complete.

DELIVERY SERVICES
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Only in exceptional circumstances will orders be delivered via an alternative courier. Once your order has been dispatched you will be able to track your order with the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. All orders can be tracked here.
UK Standard Delivery - FREE on all orders
Delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days.
UK Next Working Day Delivery (excludes Bank holidays & weekends) - £4.95 and Free on orders over £100.
Orders must be placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday to qualify.
Delivered by Royal Mail on a Tracked service
Next Day & Weekend Delivery
If your order was placed after 12pm Monday-Friday your order will be delivered a day later than the expected delivery date. For example: if your order was placed on a Friday after 12pm your delivery date would be the following Tuesday. All information can be found in our shipping options at the checkout stage.
International Orders
Please note that we only ship within the UK from the renskincare.co.uk website. If you require international delivery, you can order from our approved retailers or for US, see our website here: www.renskincare.com.
To ensure there are no errors and that our delivery company has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode. We’re unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address.
