All of our samples are subject to availability at the time of dispatch, sadly we're unable to send out substitute samples separately at a later time if these are out of stock or missing from orders. This may happen on rare occasions due to popular demand for a specific product. We try and prevent this from happening, however, sometimes some orders may slip through our system with an out-of-stock attached.
